We know tenancy applications can feel a little formal, and nobody particularly enjoys filling in forms, but this is our opportunity to get to know a little more about you and your circumstances.
At True North Property Partners, applicants and tenants are never treated like numbers. Every application is reviewed by a real person, fairly and on its own merits. We understand that life doesn’t always fit neatly into a tick box, so if there is something you would like to explain, please do. A less-than-perfect credit history, an unusual income arrangement or a change in circumstances will not automatically mean that your application is unsuccessful.
This initial form gives us enough information to share your application with the landlord, and for them to decide whether to accept your application pending satisfactory referencing. This form should only take approximately 10 minutes to complete.
Please complete your application after viewing the property, unless Jess, Matt or another member of the True North team has agreed otherwise.
Each person aged 18 or over who wishes to be named as a tenant will need to complete their own application.
Before you begin, It will help to have the following information to hand:
- The address of the property
- Your income
- Your expected share of the monthly rent
- The type of income evidence you can provide
- Your current landlord or letting agent’s details, where applicable
- How you expect to demonstrate your Right to Rent in England
